Three Lights Community Health Outreach Clinic Inc. was established with a vision to bridge gaps in healthcare, mental health support, and essential community resources.
We recognize that health is affected by more than medical care alone. Food insecurity, homelessness, financial hardship, lack of transportation, limited access to mental health services, and other social challenges can significantly affect overall well-being.
Our organization takes a whole-person, community-centered approach by helping connect vulnerable individuals and families with healthcare resources, mental health support, essential supplies, and community services.
The website should allow additional organizations to be added easily as relationships develop. Obtain permission before displaying another organization’s logo.
To improve the health and well-being of underserved individuals and families by expanding access to healthcare resources, mental health support, essential necessities, and compassionate community outreach.
A community where every individual has the opportunity to access the resources, support, and care needed to live a healthier, safer, and more stable life.
Core Values: Compassion • Dignity • Access • Service • Integrity • Collaboration • Community
