Three Lights Community Health Outreach Clinic Inc. is currently working with Safe Haven Homes in support of individuals experiencing homelessness and mental health challenges.

Through this collaboration, we seek to help address identified needs through community outreach, essential supplies, health and wellness resources, and connections to additional supportive services.
