We recognize that health is affected by more than medical care alone. Food insecurity, homelessness, financial hardship, lack of transportation, limited access to mental health services, and other social challenges can significantly affect overall well-being.
Our organization takes a whole-person, community-centered approach by helping connect vulnerable individuals and families with healthcare resources, mental health support, essential supplies, and community services.
